Delivery

Delivery can be arranged on certain items, costings will calculated at the time of placing the order.

Returns

· You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) for a full refund or 28 days to exchange.· To return a delivered item(s) please contact us here in store to make arrangements, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to do so. · All returns must be presented with a valid receipt, must be in original condition and packaging (unless we took this away from you).

· BESPOKE ORDERS - When it comes to designs that are made to order, if you wish to cancel, you will need to do so within 7 days of placing your order to be fully refunded. You will not be able to cancel, amend or return your made to order design(s) once the 7 days has passed.

· OUTLET items are SOLD AS SEEN and are non-returnable.

· This does not affect your statutory rights.
