Delivery and Returns


Delivery charges apply depending on location and the size of the order. All large furniture deliveries will be delivered using our White Glove Service. We will deliver your order to your home and then position it in the room you've chosen. If anything requires further assembly (our wardrobes, for example) then we will, of course, complete everything while we're there. We deliver throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland.


Unwanted accessories purchased in store can be returned or exchanged within 28 days as long as proof of purchase is presented with the item(s). For unwanted furniture delivery orders, you will pay the costs of returning the order which is £150. Please contact us directly to arrange a return.

Neptune Tailored

If you place an order using our Neptune Tailored service, which includes made to order upholstery, our bespoke painting service, any bespoke furniture and fabric by the metre, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of the time the order was made and receive a full refund. After 24 hours and up to 14 days after receipt, we will give a 70 percent refund if you choose to cancel. Neptune Tailored good(s) usually go into production 24 hours after the order is placed. As with our other returns, all we ask is that you pay the costs of returning the order (or part of the order), which are £150.
